The advent of 'Trackdays', opened the way for any full driving licence holder,  to drive their own car on the race circuit of their choice.  In order to do this safely, it is recommended that drivers take some guidance from a qualified instructor.

The Association of Racing Driver Schools (ARDS), are the body which not only assesses drivers wishing to gain their race licence.  It also provides qualified instructors who can coach drivers all the way from their first trackday, to becoming champions in their given category or championship.  At Pro-Am Performance, we aim to elevate your driving to the highest possible level.  Whatever your requirements, we can provide the analysis and coaching required to achieve your goals. 

Our trackday 'arrive and drive' tuition days cater for all levels of ability. With your instructor alongside you, confidence quickly leads to a greater understanding of circuit etiquette and a more relaxed approach to finding more improvement in performance. Our trackdays are bookable online or via telephone sales. Three, four or five drivers per day with costs starting from £375pp.

Pro-Am Performance use and recommend the 'RACELOGIC' 'VBOX' data logging system.  A versatile system which can gather data alongside video footage, recording information from any number of sensors measuring throttle, brake, steering, speed, g-loads and temperatures.  These 'traces' can be overlaid with different files to provide comparisons, enabling coaches, engineers and drivers to fine tune driving and car setup.  Together with an experienced analyst, it is now possible to find improvement, even in the most experienced professional drivers.
